These kinds of thoughts are like cuts in the psyche. They can spiral together in the mind and preface a sensation of despair in the body. Each thought could hold its own validity, its own reason for being true. When a thought like this occurs in my mind, I recognize it and then allow it to pass.
The thoughts that preface an uncomfortable feeling are important to note. Talking with someone about these thoughts can be an experience that alleviates anxiety. Sometimes it helps to talk with a person who studied thought processes and age groups and received guidance from others about about how to help. Therapy offers a chance to view the self and others with a lens different from that around which one was born. This can help relieve pressure and clear pathways for comprehension and comfort.
I really enjoyed art therapy and group art therapy. The creative process is fun to share with like-minded individuals, and there's something about art therapy that makes it particularly helpful with recognizing emotions.
Emotions are the spice of life.
Well hello there.
